The John Ostrom Enders, II Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors at East Lyme, New London, or Waterford high schools in Connecticut. Students with a serious and sustained interest in the creative arts are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
