The Johnson-Stafford Scholarship provides financial assistance to Texas Tech University first-generation college students or students from historically underserved populations. High school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students involved in the Mentor Tech Program and minority African-American students.
