Jon A. Schlueter County Teacher Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Jon A. Schlueter County Teacher Scholarship is available to current teachers at the Hancock County Educational Service Center or one of the eight local high schools in Hancock County, Ohio. Applicants seeking a master's or doctorate in a field of study for which the applying teacher is certified to teach or can be certified to teach upon completion of the degree. Preference is given to currently employed teachers who exhibit enthusiasm, energy, creativity, a positive attitude, diligence, thorough preparation, good communication skills, motivational abilities, professionalism, and the traits of an outstanding teacher. Students who receive a full-tuition scholarship from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
