The Jon Millard Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Wenatchee Valley College who are incoming students, including adult learners, part-time students, and DREAMers.Students planning to pursue postsecondary education in industrial technology or engineering are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of Okanogan County or the Colville Reservation in Washington.
