The Joseph Murphy Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate or graduate students from New England interested in working on a degree in selected fields of engineering, business, or science-related fields applicable to the public water supply. Members of the New England Water Works Association who demonstrate good character and financial need are encouraged to apply.
