Joseph P. and Helen T. Cribbins Scholarships provide financial assistance to members of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) who are interested in studying a field of STEM in college.

Requirements

This program is open to AUSA members who are enrolled or accepted at an accredited college or university to work on a degree in a field of STEM. Along with their application, they must submit a 1-page autobiography, 2 letters of recommendation, a letter describing their career aspirations (including their course of study and plans for completion of a degree), and a transcript of high school or college grades (depending on which they are currently attending).

Selection is based on academic merit and personal achievement.

Financial need is not normally a selection criterion but in some cases of extreme need it may be used as a factor; the lack of financial need, however, is never a cause for nonselection.
