The Joseph R. and Westelle L. Browne Performing Arts Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors from Findlay High School in Ohio, who will be studying vocal or instrumental music. Students who demonstrated leadership skills in the music program are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
