The Judith Rodriguez Nutrition & Dietetics Endowed Scholarship is available to first-time college students at the University of North Florida Brooks College of Health who are residents of Florida. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in nutrition & dietetics are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are members of the following UNF clubs: the Black Student Union, Rasine Kreyol, Spanish Club, African Student Union, Asian Students in Alliance, Filipino Student Association, Latin American Student Organization, Muslim Students’ Association, or the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
