The Judy & Ray Deal Endowed Scholarship for the TJC Promise is available to graduating high school seniors and college freshmen or sophomore students from the TJC tax districts who participate in the TJC Promise Program and plan to attend or are attending Tyler Junior College. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree are eligible to apply.
