The Juliee T. Hazel Norman Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are members of the Honor Guard Program at Harper Creek High School in Battle Creek, Michigan. Students who participate in volunteer activities and community service and who display a constructive attitude and respectful behavior toward everyone are welcome to apply.
