About the Scholarship

The Julius F. "Frankie" Hobbs Family Scholarship is open to high school seniors attending a Hillsborough County public school in Florida. Students planning to attend Hillsborough Community College to pursue a degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need. Special consideration is given to students from Plant City High School or those involved in sports activities.
