The Julius F. "Frankie" Hobbs Family Scholarship is open to high school seniors attending a Hillsborough County public school in Florida. Students planning to attend Hillsborough Community College are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need. Special consideration is given to Plant City High School students who participate in sports.
