The Justin Porteous Memorial Scholarship program supports students who have graduated from Arcata High School in California. Students who attended Blue Lake Elementary School in California are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants with high academic achievement who are pursuing a degree in engineering, mathematics, or related sciences.
