The Kamehameha Schools Class of 1975 Scholarship is awarded to nontraditional students attending an undergraduate or vocational/tech program. Students who can demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Undergraduates must be residents of Hawaii, with preference to non-Oahu students. For those pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree, emphasis is given to Hawaiian language and culture, stewardship and sustainability of natural and environmental resources, or STEM. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA for vocational students; minimum 3.0 GPA for associate or bachelor's degree students

  • Participation in community service or extracurricular activities
  • Nontraditional student (single parent, sole provider, homeless, disabled, ward of the court)
