  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to working adults, disadvantaged persons or former Peace Corps volunteers, recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year, those majoring in engineering, business, or medicine, and students within programs oriented toward the improvement of intercultural communications and international relations.
