The Gloria Scammaahorn Memorial Endowed Scholarship supports the educational goals of both a student enrolled in an occupational therapy program and a student enrolled in an occupational therapy assistant program. Students who are members of the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association, as well as the American Occupational Therapy Association, are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Member of the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association and American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Resident of Kansas
  • Currently enrolled student at an AOTA or a developing professional level or occupational therapy assistant program
  • Seeking an associate degree as an occupational therapy assistant or graduate/professional degree in occupational therapy
  • Fulltime student
  • Completed at least 1 year of OTspecific coursework and must be in the final year, if studying to become an OTA
