Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Kansas who are entering their junior year or above at a 4-year college or university in the state or their sophomore year at a 2-year college or vocational/technical trade school in the state.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a broadcast or related program as a fulltime student.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Selection is based on the depth of thought, clarity of expression, and commitment to broadcasting as revealed in the essays; extracurricular activities; community involvement; and financial need.
