The Kansas Military Service Scholarship is available to Kansas residents who served in the military in international waters or on foreign soil after September 11, 2001, are still on active duty or received an honorable or under honorable conditions discharge. Residents who are planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in Kansas are welcome to apply.
