Requirements

This program is open to residents of Kansas who are graduating high school seniors, holders of a high school diploma equivalent, or students already enrolled at a college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be the child or grandchild of an active or deceased member of the VFW or the VFW Auxiliary.
