The Karen and Robert Harter Recruitment Grant program recognizes female residents of Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, or Winnebago counties in Illinois who are college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students. Students pursuing a major in nursing or planning to teach secondary math and/or science education are welcome to apply.
