The Kate Rittner Undergraduate Scholarship is open to collegian members of the Beta Phi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Pennsylvania State University. Members seeking a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. If no member of that chapter applies or qualifies, the award is available to collegian members of the Epsilon Lambda chapter at Dickinson College. If no member of that chapter applies or qualifies, the award is available to collegian members of chapters in Canada. If no Canadian member applies or qualifies, the award is available to all Kappa Alpha Theta members seeking a bachelor's degree.
