About the Scholarship

The Katharine L. Morningstar Endowed Scholarships support Montana residents attending Montana State University Billings who are pursuing an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree. This scholarship recognizes graduates of Montana high schools who demonstrate financial need. Special consideration is given to students who are residents of, or graduates of a high school in, Madison County or the Ruby Valley region of Montana.
