Requirements

Resident of Placer, Sacramento, or Yolo counties, California. - Currently enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior at a college or university in any state.

Seeking a bachelor's degree in a field of STEM.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of the impact of African American influence on today's society, particularly on their lives, and their understanding of the global impact of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority on today's United States.

Participate in community service.

Demonstrate financial need.
