The Kazuyo and Bob Rumbach Study Abroad Scholarship is open to residents of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area enrolled at least part-time at Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Students who are seeking an associate degree in Japanese and planning to participate in the Study Abroad Program in Japan are encouraged to apply.
