Keesler Spouses' Club Merit Scholarship Awards for High School Seniors provides financial assistance to high school seniors who are the children of military and civilian personnel affiliated with Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Hancock, Harrison, or Jackson counties of Mississippi and planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be dependents of personnel affiliated with Keesler Air Force Base, including activeduty military, retired military, active Guard and Reserve, military deceased, and Department of Defense civilian employees.

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, community and volunteer activities, and work experience.

The highestranked applicant receives additional funding from First Command.
