The Keith Benson Kramer Scholarship program supports graduating seniors from Berlin High School in Connecticut who are seeking a bachelor's degree in music or music education. Applicants should display a warm, outgoing personality with the ability to relate to others through their participation in community service. Students who exhibit strong performance capabilities on a musical instrument, including voice, are encouraged to apply.
