The Keith Nowels Memorial Scholarship is available to Holmes County graduating seniors from West Holmes High School in Millersburg in Ohio. Students who are planning to pursue a bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related program, or who have completed four years of high school Agricultural Education (FFA) are eligible to apply. Applicants who demonstrate financial need may be given preference.
