The Kelley Scholarship was established in 2013 by the estate of Robert E. and Merry J. Kelley to assist deserving students graduating from Lisbon High School in Lisbon, Iowa. Recipients are selected for academic achievement, outstanding leadership, citizenship, and service to their school and community.
