The Kelly L. O’Brien Scholarship recognizes female, non-traditional students who are residents of the Stateline area of Wisconsin and Illinois, and who wish to pursue a degree at a college or university as a full or part-time student. Students whose education has been interrupted because of family or financial obligations are welcome to apply.
