The Kelsey Nicole Cooper Scholarship supports graduating high school seniors and high school graduates from Henry County and the City of Martinsville, Virginia. Students who participate in community service and leadership are welcome to apply, particularly those planning to attend Virginia Tech and students involved in the CHILL Youth Task Force.
