The Ken and Dean Kirn Scholarship is available to residents of Southwest Washington, graduates of the Inpatient or Outpatient Programs at Daybreak Youth Services, dependents of employees of Columbia Cascade Company, or graduates of the Open House Ministries Family Shelter (both residents and their children). Students seeking a professional certification are eligible to apply.
