The Ken and Jean Boutwell Endowed Scholarship is offered to Tallahassee State College students who participate in the Black Male Achievers program, the Sisters2Sisters program, or who are children of immigrants. Full- and part-time students enrolled in more than 9 credit hours per semester are welcome to apply.
