The Kenneth B. Creasy Speech and Debate Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Delaware County, Ohio high schools who are pursuing higher education. Students who have been nominated for demonstrating superior public communication skills, integrity, concern for the welfare of others, and outstanding academic promise are encouraged to apply. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Kenneth B. Creasy.
