The Kenneth Tiede Memorial Scholarship is available to legally blind students in both eyes who are residents of Kansas. Eligible students must be high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduate students seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree, and planning to attend school in Kansas. Students who demonstrate financial need and participate in community service are encouraged to apply.
