Requirements
  • This program is open to juniors, seniors, and graduate students working full time on a degree at a Kentucky public university considered to be of critical need to EEC. Applicants must be willing to work for that Cabinet following graduation.
  • They must submit a 500word essay that describes their career goals, understanding of the environment, and motivation to pursue the scholarship.
  • Selection is based on GPA, the essay, letters of recommendation, and evidence of leadership; financial need is not considered.
