The Kevin Saunders Wheelchair Success Scholarship recognizes residents of the Coastal Bend Community Foundation (CBCF) area of Texas who use a wheelchair or have an immediate family member who uses a wheelchair. Graduating high school seniors or college students who have participated in sports competitions and/or other competitive activities are encouraged to apply.
