Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Idaho between 16 and 25 years of age who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school in any state.
  • Applicants must be the child or other dependent of a parent who sustained a serious workrelated injury or fatality for which the parent was entitled to receive benefits under Idaho's Workers' Compensation Law.
  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
