Requirements
  • This program is open to Pennsylvania residents between 16 and 25 years of age who have been accepted by an accredited postsecondary educational institution anywhere in the United States.
  • At least 1 parent must have been killed or seriously injured as a result of a workrelated accident covered under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
