Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Texas between 16 and 25 years of age who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be the dependent of a parent who was seriously, catastrophically, or fatally injured in a workrelated accident while working for a Texas employer.
  • The parent's death or injury must have resulted in a substantial decline in family income.
