Requirements
  • This program is open to Alaska Natives and American Indians who reside in the Knik service area in southeastern Alaska and either 1) are enrolled in a federally-recognized tribe; or 2) have a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) showing at least 25% Native ancestry.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a 4year college or university in any state.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
