The Knox Porter Scholarship supports students studying in the College of Education and Allied Professions at Western Carolina University. English as a second language learners who demonstrate character and community service are welcome to apply, particularly graduates of Meadowcreek High School, Norcross, Georgia, Collins Hill High School, Suwanee, Georgia, and public high schools in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina who demonstrate financial need.
