Requirements
  • This program is open to Native Alaskan students enrolled or planning to enroll full or part-time in an associate or bachelor's degree program in any state.
  • Applicants may live anywhere in the United States, but they must be enrolled members of the Akhiok or Port Lions Tribal Councils.
  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
