About the Scholarship

The Krishnan-Shah Family Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors residing in the greater Silicon Valley Region (including Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Cruz counties) or community college students who graduated from a high school in these counties. First-generation college students who are seeking a bachelor's degree full-time in the upcoming fall session are welcome to apply.

  • Maximum 3.75 GPA
  • Graduating high school senior residing in Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Cruz counties OR

  • Seeking a bachelor's degree as a fulltime student in the fall session
  • Participate in extracurricular, community service, or volunteer activities
  • Demonstrate financial need or hardship
