The Kurt and Ellen Wohl Scholarship is available to non-traditional and returning students who are residents of Chemung, Schuyler, or Steuben in New York over the age of 25 and who are accepted at a technical school, college, or university within 55 miles of Elmira, New York. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students studying early childhood education.
