Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school students (or the equivalent) who are U.S. citizens residing within Kentucky.
  • Applicants must be planning to work on a 4year degree on a full-time basis at a college or university within the United States.
  • Selection is based on that essay and exhibits, transcripts, SAT and/or ACT scores, a report from their school counselor, letters of recommendation, and financial need.
  • Girls and boys are judged separately.
