About the Scholarship

The Kyle Hartvickson Handegard Scholarship is open to members of the Gamma Nu chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at North Dakota State University. Collegian or alumna members pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no Gamma Nu chapter member applies, the award is available to members of the Alpha Pi chapter at the University of North Dakota who are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. If no member of that chapter applies, the award is available to a senior collegian member of Kappa Alpha Theta from any chapter pursuing a graduate degree. If no senior collegian member applies, the award is available to a senior, junior, sophomore, or freshman collegiate member (in that order of preference) seeking an undergraduate degree. If no undergraduate member of Kappa Alpha Theta applies, the award is available to an alumna member seeking a graduate degree.
