Requirements

This program is open to the children and grandchildren of FRA or LA FRA members.

Applicants must submit an essay on their life experiences, career objectives, and what motivated them to select those objectives.

Selection is based on academic record, financial need, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and participation in community activities.

U.S. citizenship is required.
