The Lanman-Massie Scholarship of the Pickaway County Community Foundation is awarded to graduating high school seniors of the Westfall School District in Williamsport, Ohio. Students who are pursuing postsecondary education are encouraged to apply. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Judson H. “Judd” Lanman and Gordon R. Massie.
