The Larry and Betty McGee Scholarship recognizes college freshmen who are residents of Winnebago County, Illinois. Students who are studying for a degree in computer science, engineering, or applied sciences and participate in community service are welcome to apply. Students attending college or university in Illinois or a military academy and demonstrating strong academic performance receive special consideration.
