The Larry Thomas Joyner Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors at Appomattox Regional Governor's School, Virginia. Students who demonstrate financial need and are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Residents of Hopewell receive special consideration.
