The Larry W. Roach Leadership Award is available to graduating seniors from Carl Albert or Midwest City high schools in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Students who have been enrolled in the Mid-Del District all through high school are welcome to apply. Awards alternate between Carl Albert (even graduation years) and Midwest City (odd graduation years).
